Duhok filmfest to host ‘Ti Ti’

Iranian feature film ‘Ti Ti’ is scheduled to be screened at the Duhok International Film Festival in Iraq.

Ida Panahandeh’s award-winning film is to vie at the main competition section of the 8th edition of the event.

‘Ti Ti’ is about a professor who seeks to prove his theory on the end of world.

The movie, Panahandeh’s fourth film, is starring Elnaz Shakerdoust, Parsa Pirouzfar, and Houtan Shakiba.

The Duhok is an annual film festival held in Duhok, Iraqi Kurdistan Region. Each year the Duhok presents new and exciting cinema from the Kurdish Cinema and beyond.

Iranian director Ida Panahandeh who won the New Talent Award for World Cinema at the 6th edition, was on the jury panel of the 7th edition of the event.

Duhok 2021 will take place on November 8-11.
